Can Anyone Make Money Online?

There are many people who will testify to having attempted to start an online business. They either had something they created which they wanted to sell online, joined an MLM and wanted to grow their organization using online resources, or they have an existing traditional business, also known as "off-line businesses," and wish to expand their customer base online.
